    Friends of Onondaga Free Library

Onondaga Free Library is proud to have a loyal and dedicated group of friends. They are an
all volunteer, non-profit group. Their purpose is to focus public attention on the library, help
library staff develop programs and services, and receive and encourage gifts to the library.
The Friends welcome new members who want to help support the library.
Join us as we plan our next event or fund raiser.
Meetings: second Monday of each month at 7:15 pm in the library.

The Friends of OFL make a difference by:
  • Providing current bestsellers and videos
  • Holding bake sales, book sales and raffles
  • Purchasing computers and software
  • Sponsoring art shows and concerts
  • Providing programming
  • Hosting an annual Egg Hunt
  • Offering the library's  annual "TV Turn-Off" Week

    Annual Book Sale:
The Friends hold a book sale every year.  The sale includes a large selection of
popular titles of books, magazines, recordings, and other media.  Proceeds from these
sales help purchase new materials for the library.
    The following donations are accepted:
  • Paperback and hardcover books in good condition
  • Magazines from the last year
  • CDs, cassettes, and videos in working condition
***Please no textbooks, Reader's Digest Condensed Books, record albums or old
    magazines.
